主要特點(diǎn)：

1. 該機(jī)主要適用于16號(hào)及以上水鉆（頂平面已加工）的磨削和拋光工作。

2．采用全國(guó)首創(chuàng)的氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng)的斜面、直面快速轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)構(gòu)，斜面完成后直接加工頂平面，無(wú)需再通過(guò)吸塑機(jī)，大圓磨去加工平面，大大節(jié)約了成本。

3. 磨拋一體直線式設(shè)計(jì)，左邊設(shè)有磨盤，右邊設(shè)有拋盤，左邊磨完成后自動(dòng)移動(dòng)至拋盤進(jìn)行拋光，無(wú)需人工搬運(yùn)夾具。

4.磨拋盤固定旋轉(zhuǎn)不升降，夾具升降采用高精度滾珠絲桿由步進(jìn)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)，磨拋精度可精確到0.01mm，而且每個(gè)面可單獨(dú)設(shè)定磨拋深度和時(shí)間，成品大小精確，并且因采用平面磨拋盤，與鉆接觸面大，成品鉆型好。

5. 控制系統(tǒng)采用先進(jìn)的電腦PLC加液晶觸摸屏，系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定可靠，參數(shù)設(shè)置調(diào)節(jié)方便。觸摸屏全部顯示中文，嵌套式菜單，易學(xué)易用，普通工人培訓(xùn)一天即可上崗。

6．系統(tǒng)具有拋盤磨損自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償功能，補(bǔ)償周期和補(bǔ)償值可任意設(shè)定，機(jī)器調(diào)好后操作工人僅需按啟動(dòng)按鈕，無(wú)需再對(duì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

7．機(jī)器機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理簡(jiǎn)單，因此穩(wěn)定可靠，并且維護(hù)保養(yǎng)特別方便。

8．專門設(shè)計(jì)的故障排除功能，可從觸摸屏上迅速判斷輸入輸出信號(hào)是否正常，比如感應(yīng)開(kāi)關(guān)是否正常，按鈕是否損壞等。

9．每班可產(chǎn)16號(hào)（3.8mm）成品水鉆13萬(wàn)顆以上。

Main features：

1．This machine is suitable for grind & polish rhinestone (the plane is processed) which it is bigger than SS16(3.8mm)。

2. It adopt incline-plane quick switch system drive by air cylinder, it is up to date all over the world. After process the incline, it process the plane immediate, it needn’t use the suction machine and Plane Grind & Polish machine to process the plane, so it save a lot of cost.

3. Grind disk and polish disk are designed in a line, left is grind disk, right is polish disk, the mould go to polish automatically after grind, needn’t replace the mould by hand.

4. The mould up-down system adopt high quality ball bearing pole, drive by the step motor, the grind and polish precision is 0.01mm, also all side can set the parameter deepness and time alone, so the final product is exactitude.

5. Control system adopt advanced PLC and touch screen, the system stability and reliability is high, the parameter set and adjust is convenience.

6. The system have polish disk abrasion expiation function, after machine adjust finished, the worker have nothing to but take the mould.

7. The machine structure and work principle are very good but very simple, so it is stably and easy to maintain.

8. Special designed trouble remove function, it can check if the input and output signal right or not from the touch screen conveniently. Such as judge the switch is right or not , the button is right or not, so remove the trouble quickly.

9. It can produce 130,000 SS16(3.8mm) rhinestone in ten hours.
