XZ-818 水鉆上下料對接機

主要特點：

1．該機為“大夾具滾筒式磨拋一體機”的配套設備,主要用于水鉆和一頭尖(做平底鉆)的上下料對接工作。

2．自動化程度高，手動將夾具定位后，機器自動順序完成夾緊、下料、上粉、上料動作，中間無需人為干涉，甚至無需按任何按鈕，大大節約了時間。

3. 控制系統采用先進的電腦PLC和液晶觸摸屏，系統穩定可靠，參數設置調節方便。觸摸屏全部顯示中文，嵌套式菜單，易學易用，普通工人看了說明書即可上崗 。

4． 夾具針加熱采用三相高頻加熱機，加熱穩定且時間短，電壓適應范圍廣。相比煤氣加熱節約了時間和能源，不但節約了成本還增強了使用安全性。還更易控制膠粉溫度，從而提高了產品產量和成品率。

6．專門設計的對接加熱管具有升降功能，對接時可二次加熱膠粉，即確保對接牢固。還具有對接循環功能，可設定對接完后的熱夾具直接去沾膠粉，即節約時間，又節約能量。

7. 專門設計的故障排除功能，可從觸摸屏上迅速判斷輸入輸出信號是否正常，比如開關是否正常，按鈕是否損壞等,從而快速解決問題。
